Catch-up #1: The Holidays and the Sleep Clock
I've missed a few days writing here, thanks in no part to the erratic sleeping scheduling I've been experiencing as of late. Some days I've been waking up at 5:30 am through 8:30 am and then somedays...I wake from 11 am through 1 pm. This is a problem since I like being a morning person but I end up being an afternoon person, with less time to study, be healthy and have fun.
I suppose that it's bad habit that I keep for when I had a down time from jobs and more. Which is sad because I do enjoy waking up early and getting my 8 to 10 hours of studying and my daily hour or more of physical activity and hey! Even getting together with friends and family.
That's a very important factor in studying: taking care of yourself. I tend to get obsessive and not take care of myself when I get really focused.
Anyways, I should heed my own words and get ready for resting.
I've managed to keep up my weekly goal of waking up early for at least 3 days out of 7 with two days left!
